Licensing
BLANKET LICENSE
A license covering unlimited use of certain music as often as you wish
during the term of the license. The licensing fee can be based upon the number
of CDs selected. Quarterly and monthly payment plans are available.
PRODUCTION BLANKET LICENSE
A license covering unlimited numbers of drops within ONE project for
synchronization purposes. The fee is based upon the running time of
the production and the type of clearance. This can be a more economical
licensing method if you intend to use multiple drops.
NEEDLEDROP(LASERDROP) LICENSE
A single, uninterrupted use of a recording requiring a synchronization license for
a specific use of music in a specific production. Any further use of the same or
other recording constitutes additional needledrops. The fee is based upon
the clearance category required in the exploitation of your production
(i.e. Broadcast, Non-broadcast, Television program or Commercial, Theatrical, etc.)
PERFORMANCE LICENSE
All licenses above do not include performance rights.
Performance licensing may be obtained through the appropriate
performing rights society such as ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC.
Music Cue Sheet must be filed for any production, which is broadcast or
publicly performed. (i.e. Television, Radio, Film, Internet Broadcast, etc.)
Please find detailed information on each CD listing track titles, composers and
the applicable performing rights societies for both the composers and
publishers of each composition. |
